Do you offer a service guarantee?

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a safe, professional, dependable and economical service solution. Our customers are encouraged to allow ample travel time for traffic and weather conditions, as well as, check-in delays at the airports in order to arrive on time for your flight. Central Coast Shuttle does not provide specific pick-up times based upon flight departure time, please check with your airline.

Do you have a lost and found?

A.

Yes. When our drivers find something left by a passenger, they deliver it to our office at the end of their daily shift. Contact us right away to find out if the item has been found and set aside. Unfortunately, with a daily volume of several thousand passengers in a city this dense, we cannot guarantee it has not been picked up by another person before the driver was made aware of it.

Do you charge extra for additional luggage?

Yes. Each purchased ticket allows for up to two (2) suitcases (not to exceed 50lbs) and one carry-on. The purchase of an additional baggage is required for each additional piece of luggage.

  • $10.00 for Car Seats, Oversize Luggage, Boxes and/or Additional Luggage and Golf Bags
  • $20.00 Bicycles (Must be boxed) and Surfboards (up to 7 Feet)
